AMFPHP is licensed under the GNU General Public License, but does not specify
a version number of the license. As per section 9 of the GNU General Public
License version 2 distributed with AMFPHP, CiviCRM chooses to use AMFPHP code
under the terms of GNU General Public License version 3.
